Maybe some of you older ones remember when Teams feared coming to Goodison, when we hardly ever lost at home and if we did, although we played well, the other team was better than us. Goodison was a fortress.
Now, any team can come and take away the points, we are easy pickings, easily out-played, out-strategized and Goodison is a fortress no longer, easily breached.
It's getting too painful to watch, something has to change, I can't see the 777 lot allowing this to continue for long, if they do God help us.

The bottom line is we don’t have either a manager or a team to recover from a 2 goal deficit. We probably can’t afford to sack him so we’ll just have to amble our way through games hoping not to lose, picking up the odd win.

We’re not good enough to go on a run as the players don’t have a winning mentality. You can see this because it takes a rollocking for them to perform. Home games are no long a source of advantage

We have way too many shots for our current goal tally. And we can’t defend set pieces very well, so that’s not a very encouraging formula. It’s all a bit negative I agree but it’s a reality that we must get used to.

We have the players to score 3 goals at home to Luton. Everything else you say I do agree with though.

These players have got a few managers the sack and I don’t think the majority of them are good enough because what I see is a squad that is fragile a squad that goes into hiding when we concede the first goal, so many supporters on here jumped through hoops after the villa game and I knew not to get carried away because call a spade a spade this team has relegation written all over it I’m a blue over 50 years and I’m sick sore and tired of the crap I have to watch over the last 20+ years we are a laughing stock and JC was right we’re the worst run club in England.

Why did we give Dyche the job in the first place. You reap what you sow I suppose. We deserve everything we get people said he was a plonker but we didn’t listen and now we’re crying about him. Some people change their mind like the wind. If people would listen in the first place we wouldn’t sign these bums.

The core of the Club has changed. Firstly like some of us KOS's, BK is well past his sell by date, as a result his eye has been off the ball for years. The last time we were ever 'at' it was under Moyes, he moved on and thus viewed as a traitor. We need another Moyes type, that can get the Club. I believe 777 are capable and will get to grips quickly. Bill will go, Dyche will certainly go. Yes Sean the Story will change, what a waffler.

Everyone keeps saying he is a defensive coach. So the question is why is the defence so crap. Pickford / young/ mykolenko/ Patterson all simply not good enough and make the same mistakes time after time. I really feel for Branthwait because he must be thinking I deserve to play with a better coach than this clown.

It’s not the players, it’s the managers. How many players have we had over the years, and who buys these players.
Yes we’ve bought some poor players, but that’s not their fault. If someone came along and offered you a load of money to play for them you wouldn’t think no I’m not good enough, you would sign.
So blame the owner for his poor decisions, blame the manager because he picks the players, he picks the tactics and he is supposed to motivate the players.
Yesterday’s team selection showed poor decision making, poor tactics and poor motivation.

If the players aren’t good enough then it’s down to the players. It might not be their fault but it’s certainly a player issue. But it’s also a recruitment issue and then a coaching issue. We’re in a mess. We can’t beat Luton at home! But we can beat Villa away who just won by 5.

I just get the feeling that when we win it’s an anomaly rather than the norm.

Sorry if the players aren’t good enough it’s down to recruitment and the manager.
Will say again if you were offered loads of money to sign for us you wouldn’t think no I’m not good enough. You would sign every time.
So don’t blame the player for not being good enough, blame the club for buying him.

For god sake stop blaming the owners and Bill change the record please, just like SD keeps blaming the last two years, SD, he has DL back he has DMc back the only one missing is Coleman, one minute he’s saying it’s are away mentally, win win away loose at home so he blames the last two years, it’s down to him and him only nothing to do with the board or the last two years
His job is definitely on the line if we don’t win our next game.

Dyche is a sound bites manager. He’s bought the book of football phrases and is using all of them.

Uran, if the owner hadn't have been so blasé when wasting hundreds of millions, listening to outside influences to help make decisions, then fans will keep bringing it up. The buck stops with Moshiri, despite some posters really wanting to blame BK entirely. The board are responsible for our current mess, and that of the last two or three seasons, but FM is the owner and, ultimately and despite him saying things to the contrary, the onus is on him.

While we lurch from one crisis to the next, we can all blame the manager, the players, the fans, the board or whoever you want to vent at but the years of instability are catching up with us. So, yes, the last few years should be brought up as that has been the problem. Even if we sack SD, the next manager will inherit the same problems, the same dysfunctional board and the same dysfunctional team. The circle continues.

Uran Bill has been the Chairman throughout. He has overseen ownership change, recruitment and negotiations in all his time. He is the one constant in all this mess. They even had a review . Should have gone years ago.

Of course it's the owners fault. He picks the manager, and if believed the players. And Bill has a big say in all of this, so of course he has to take some of the blame.

DFS, the entire board needs to go and nobody would argue against it. BK is on that board and should be held accountable like the rest but the one constant is actually FM, before him the club was run well and BK was there then.
