Hi Ed, Do you know why we have not put a bid in gor Gomis from Lyon? We showed interest in him in January, he's now on a free and it looks like Newcastle will sign him, he's not a world beater but he would get us goals, and would'nt cost anything

1.) Gomis might need to join his French gang at NU.
2.) We have enough strikers that can do a job we need a guranteed goalscorer
