Everton must have money to spend as everton had a 8.6 million deal for Leroy Fer in jan but that fell through and we made a 13.5 milli bid for mccarthy
Doesn't mean we have money if we have made bids
I think the fer was provisional to Fellini departing, which never happened
We offerd 1 mill up front for fer
