Hi Ed 025 in the rags today they are saying that the Club are in severance talks with 3 of R Ks backroom staff to pay them off as well, his brother Erwin, the fitness coach, and the goal keeping coach, if this is correct the board are moving mighty quick to clear out the old regime and install a new one which leads me to think that they have already spoken to who they would like to takeover at Everton, what's your view on this cheers mate.

{Ed025's Note - that sounds feasible GB but in all honesty i dont know, i hope rhino makes a decent fist of it as caretaker but if not then i would like to see marco silva or maybe tuchel take the reins, but i have heard he does not speak english so that could be a problem mate, who would you like?..

I like Silva and he looks like he has both determination and an arm around the shoulder when needed as well. Wagner for me though.

However, while Unsy has the job I hope he batters every team he faces earns the job himself. I'm not sure he has what it takes but look at the last couple of managers we've had. Both had experience and neither managed to do better than be a one season wonder. Maybe Unsy can break the mould.

Hi Ed not sure really, some good names being banded about but on here we will probably all say different ones but would make Rhino his No 2.

I realise it's none of my business but I'd like to see Dyche get it. What he has done at Burnley is incredible and being English he will understand the history and tradition of Everton and the role the Manager needs to play. Silva has been here two minutes and Tuchel doesn't speak English. I'm also fed up with the endless stream of foreign managers and yes, I realise the irony of a United fan saying that.
