It's ok lads, I've just heard the reason Rom can say he's agreed terms, is because it's with us. Him and RK have just been trolling us for the last 4 months.
So we can all have a good laugh.

imagine that can someone explain to me how he can agree terms with another club when as far as we are aware no bid has been submitted have we gave him permission or has the other club discussed it with his agent and that's how they get around it.

Not at all. Even Ed002 said that. A club can go to his agent and just speak to him to see how the player feels about a move, then if he's interested, they can then offer some sort of package of what the player could receive. If the agent and player verbally agrees to talks, then the buying club has to deal with the selling club over a fee. Sometimes it's also done with the selling clubs agreement.

The individual player and the agent who represents him will only be brought in for discussions with the potential purchasing club once the two clubs have agreed on a fee.
