If Dyche goes with the same starting eleven as Newcastle then we are doomed.
Have to start playing with two strikers at home, put teams under pressure and don't allow them time on the ball.
Onana, Gomes, Gana and Gardner midfield. Drop our two wide men far to slow. Keep the ball on the floor and play through the channels.
Back for picks itself.
Or change nothing and keep punting it long to the loan striker.

Well there’s your answer. Prepare to have a sore neck.

I'm trying to think of something that hasn't already been said but I can't. Over the last sixty years this football club has meant everything to me.
Being with my mates doing our "four pub" walk to the ground, the banter before and after games. The excitement on cold mornings at the station going to away games. It's all gone now, it's just a memory.
Many of my mates have now gone, going to matches now is a rare treat, and no longer a duty. Yes a duty, because we were part of the fabric of the club. We had to be there, it was our religion.
I will always support the club, but feel no connection to the owner, manager or players anymore. I am struggling to keep my faith at a time when Everton probably needs it most.
{Ed025's Note - do you know what Harlex im a passenger on that ship as well mate, this is not what i signed up for...this is not my club!, i used to argue with my red supporting mates over who was the better club but now i have nothing in my locker, i have fell out of love for the club and the game in general and talking to my fellow blues they feel the same, i said the other day that i dont care if we win or lose now or even if we stay up or not ...thats how bad its got, things may change in the future but as for now i really cant be bothered which is sad..

Not only do I agree with all that but I've actually found myself hoping the inevitable defeat is maximised with a further goal for the opposition. Once we threw that game they had a few more breaks and I've got to such a low point that in a sick way I'm verbally begging the TV screen that they score another to fully compound the dire situation. The only luck we have is this has happened at a time when the bottom 3 barely make 30 points. There was a 40 point line and sometimes even 42 points were needed. Luckily we are in a time when that's not the case. luck however as with all luck will run out.

All you guys have put into words exactly how I feel.

Just read that the seats in the new ground situated behind the players dug out are going to cost 50k a season for two. And there's a waiting list. Wow.
1.) 20 Mar 2024 09:37:44
My gut feeling when reading that was how disgusting it is to price out the average fan but in reality these kinds of seats are the reason we needed a new stadium, the corporate aspect is vital to increase revenue and secure the clubs future.
2.) 20 Mar 2024 12:51:39
I think for that price you also get the chance to shout abuse at them lol.
3.) 20 Mar 2024 21:57:24
We need the money but that is steep.
Any idea what average match day cost will be?
10 Mar 2024 10:02:49
Dyche saying he's going to work them hard on their little "holiday".
No practice crossing and finishing . Oh and a bit of pass and move might be good.
Don't want eleven Harrison's running around but producing nothing thanks.
1.) 10 Mar 2024 11:18:53
I'll go with Linkers advice of "try a little calm and composure" over his rollerball tactic "you must hurt yourself to score" nonsense. Hope there's a pro striker coach wherever he's dragging them away to.
2.) 10 Mar 2024 12:31:30
Mate, the RS hired a special-ist throw-in coach surely there's a finishing coach out there. I wonder if the likes of Lineker, Shearer or Wright fancy popping in to finch farm a couple of times a week, or maybe Henry? what's Aguero upto these days? Maybe that's the role Sharpey should of had instead of a seat on the board?
3.) 10 Mar 2024 12:42:09
The whole Team are so wound up (not as much as us fans I hasten to add) everything they do is so frantic and there’s no composure at all it’s all done at 100 mph, no doubt all this negative stuff going on and on re points deduction must be having some effect on them, they have to cool it.
4.) 10 Mar 2024 14:58:17
Wouldn’t Rooney be the better call as a striker coach.
Should do it for free if he loves us that much.
5.) 10 Mar 2024 16:51:16
Sorry these guys are paid a lot of money to play football. Passing and shooting should be a given.
6.) 11 Mar 2024 17:34:43
Harley, I think Sean, Ian Woan and Steve Stone, despite playing the game, can’t see the wood for the trees.
08 Mar 2024 09:35:07
Wouldn't it be nice to just once get a little bit of good news.
1.) 08 Mar 2024 14:40:56
Like three points this weekend - we are long overdue some good news like that.
2.) 08 Mar 2024 16:29:48
Now that would be really good news COYB.

The Mail revel in having a pop. They are very good at putting two and two together and getting whatever number they think sells a story.
24 Oct 2023 17:49:51
Spot on Chris.
24 Oct 2023 05:10:14
It’s a tough gig that they are paid a small fortune for doing. Sorry Ed but I will never be grateful to any manager/ player for coming to us when you see the obscene amounts of money they are paid.
Let’s face it, it’s the only job I know where you can be a complete failure and still earn a fortune. Ok there’s being a politician, but that’s because there bent as f**k.
{Ed025's Note - i agree with that Harlex and think all players, managers and agents are paid obscene amounts mate, but in the context of where we are as a club i think we have the right man..
29 Aug 2023 08:41:23
? taxi!
27 Aug 2023 10:56:07
Ines is another who is past his best. We’ve just spent 13m on a young striker let’s try playing him.
26 Apr 2024 08:55:58
Nil satis hoof it up to them.
Dyche likes attack and defence, sadly for us he prefers the defence bit more.
26 Apr 2024 00:25:32
Very true Bob. That was one hell of a clearance though mate.
26 Apr 2024 00:23:11
Not really sure what you mean?
26 Apr 2024 00:20:29
Their lies the mystery GB.
22 Apr 2024 13:19:43
You and me both.
