Potter would be my choice and I know he wouldn't be everyone's choice, but I like the football he plays and seems to implement his ideas very quickly, gets the most out of his players, there was only one negative to Brighton last season and that was putting ball in net but created lots of chance.
I'm fed up of trying to bridge the gap to top 4/ 6 so quickly that it impacts what players we recruit, let's get a young manager that is improving and implements a style and build from there.

I agree mate, Potter was the first name I mentioned to my mates when I heard CA had left. Might not be the most glamorous name about or the most successful but I think we need to be looking past who the best individual is and looking more at who the best partner would be for Brands, and for me Potter fits well with a lot of what Brands is trying to do.

I guess if we want to be mid table Potter would be an ideal fit.
