I hope this Cornet rumour is just that, a rumour. i'm not sure how strong it is but i don't see him pulling up trees for us. It sounds a bit 'last ditch'. Also how many more 'Dyche reunions' do we need?

Why exactly? He was excellent at Burnley and Lyon, admittedly injury has stalled him at the hammers but talented, versatile and got a touch of class to change games, all depends on how he comes back from injury, but a pre West Ham Cornet enhanced our squad.

Yarks and McNeil were our 2 best players last season so no problems with the ex player syndrome for me.

It’s not like Dyche has gone out to get these reunions, Tarks McNeill and Keane were already here, Young is a reunion that he has secured and the only one so far, I have no issues with it
Just depends how much he is goi by to cost us, maybe he will be a loan with obligation based around his fitness.

Theres better players out there. I thought we dodged a bullet when didn't get him last time, just my opinion.
The Dyche reuinions just don't fill me with hope when i see them.

Cornet had a very good record at Burnley. Wouldn't be unheard of for a player with an injury record to have a successful spell with us. He could even have the number 99 shirt!
