Evening Eds, not posted on here for a very long time!
I follow the page religiously and have done for years, but enjoyed keeping my opinion to myself and viewing others people's views instead.
This is just a query really, probably a pointless one - but still I'm curious.
What are the chances of a player like Bojan Krkic leaving the Britannia this summer? Is he a wanted man by clubs (including Everton) ? For me, this man is talented beyond belief and I feel despite that, he still lacks appreciation from outside of his own club. I believe players like him are the type of 'realistic' targets Everton could afford to take a punt on, bonus points for having valuable PL experience. Also, for all you winger haters. Consider this an inquiry should we lose wingers this summer, or even better, think of him in the No:10 role.

{Ed002's Note - Stoke are keen to retain the services of Bojan Krkic but are aware that the player would like a return to Italy at some point whilst Valencia would like to take him back to Spain and Arsenal has toyed with a move fore him. Thoughts of any weird clauses and clubs lining up to buy him are wide of the mark. I don't think anyone sees him moving for perhaps the summer of 2017.}

Whilst at Chelsea, Steve Walsh was instrumental in the recruitment of Didier Drogba and Gianfranco Zola. If people were unaware of this mans pedigree. Now you're aware.

For all you negative people out there, get a grip. I honestly feel ashamed for all of you. How can you criticise our club so much to a point where you're all calling for our managers head?! If you haven't noticed we have had to endure a difficult couple of weeks, jammed full of fixtures, dealing with injury after injury and you question our quality. Fair enough, the level we are used to seeing has slipped but simply due to the unfamiliar feeling of more games. After all when was the last time we dealt with the demands of European football? Key players are missing and have been for weeks, which include game changers Barkley, Coleman and most recently Mirallas and Stones. Keep your heads up, the glass isn't half empty, I have belief in our manager (who you all praised last season by the way - opinions change like the wind it seems) and you all should do the same. Before we know it, we will have our key players returning to fitness and the demands of extra football will be dealt with a lot better. In these difficult times us Blues need to show team spirit and get behind the team, the atmosphere at home is slowly becoming a joke and it needs to be dealt with. We have the best support/atmosphere in the world at Goodison Park, let's not see it vanish into thin air because of a shaky spell in the season. Be the 12th Man, install confidence back into our players because lord knows they need it right now. How most of you so called 'supporters' are reacting is doing the exact opposite for the team right now. I will say it once more, MAKE GOODISON ROAR.

I know it's not Everton related really but Phil Jones being injured is the best thing that could ever happen to the England squad selection. He is a useless pile of dog turd and hopefully it opens the door for John Stones to snatch a place.

4.) Rooney is obviously one of or possibly the best English player around. for Man Utd. When was the last time he had a good game for England? I would certainly drop him and try a youth policy or at least give others a go. Maybe he will wake up and realise himself that he has stagnated in the England team for the last five years.
5.) Hart, Flanagan, Baines, Cahill, Stones, Gerrard, Oxlade, Lallana, Barkley, Sterling, Sturridge.

Quick question Ed's. Whatever happened to the situation regarding Azerbaijani international Araz Abdullayev? I know he was an Everton player between 2011/12 and we loaned him out over two seasons for first team action (whilst he tried for a work permit) but do we still have a first option purchase if we do decide to re-sign him? Do Everton still hold him in high regard? I'm not 100% if he's actually still an Everton player. If anybody could shed some light I would be grateful.

1.) Bloody hell! Talk about a blast from the past. I remember him vaguely. I just thought we binned him off because he was crap
2.) Hi jack I believe there where a few issues regarding his permit, he needed to play more games for the international team but I believe we are still monitoring his development and may go back in for him when he is eligible
3.) Cheers for the insight guys, I was curious as he was held in high regard and looked a genuine talent. I hope we are still scouting players like this, you never know someone as potent as Barkley could once again pop up out of nowhere, after all we're Everton aren't we?
Ed002 if you could give us all more info if/when you find out regarding Abdullayev that would be excellent.

Joel Robles will no doubt be a good goalkeeper but his immaturity and lack of experience as a top flight goalkeeper has been exposed. He is finding the pressures tough to cope with at present as it's all very new to him making a big step up from Wigan to Everton, albeit like another young Spanish goalkeeper not too long ago (De Gea) stepping up from Atletico to Manchester United (although we would no longer call that a step up). He will come good, with game time comes more experience and more confidence, albeit once more like a certain young Spanish goalkeeper in De Gea.
If we move anywhere it will most likely be the Bestway wholesale site, near Scotland road and the Kingsway tunnel. It's also called 'the loop'. Research it, it's already been suggested in the past for Everton's new stadium as the alternative to the original 'Kirkby project'.
Shaun Maloney would be a useful addition, yes very much a squad player but he offers an extra dimension to things including set pieces! Unless he is purchased for silly money with silly wages I do not see the problem in this transfer.
We will need as many squad players as possible with the thursday night games soon to be coming thick and fast. Also, When Hibbo is called upon he NEVER let's you down. Not fantastic going forward, but fills you with complete confidence when defending. Sign him for an extra year I say, love the guy.
Not a bad post, I don't agree with all but Ki from Sunderland is one I most certainly do. Absolutely fantastic player.
