We are looking at strengthening full backs. Aznou looked decent but Moyes said he played more advance and not ready as a LB.
Why don’t we play with wing backs we have enough CB. 3 from O’Brien, Tarkowski, Keane, Branthwaite (I would add Mykolenko to that too) .
Play Aznou and Garner as wingbacks or give Patterson/Mcneil a go. Ireogbunam and Armstrong CM. A new striker with Barry as back up and think he will get better. Play two behind the striker from KDH, Grealish and Ndiaye.

I get what you're saying but think you have a major brain fart on McNeil, I wouldn't have him as kitman, he would be late, couldn't remember what he was supposed to do or both. Moyes is besotted with him.

I agree but only as a back up. Ideally if this was the formation then we would need another option with Aznou. McNeil does seem to be a marmite player. But he was probably our best player for a spell under Dyche and scored some important goals. For the record I don’t like marmite ?.

David Moyes has managed 1,193 games, and has played a 4-2-3-1 in approximately 1,193 of them. I see the vision, but I think there is more chance Maradona lines up for us next week than there is him changing his system.
Also, Palace have done well this season, but United and Wolves have both shown the massive risks of a back 3 in the current climate.

Think it depends on your back three. At the moment the ferry turns quicker than Keane and Tarks. But would work with Branthwaite, O”Brien and one other.

O'brien turns slower than I do these days. Very overrated player on here imo.
{Ed025's Note - i think he has the pace for a centre half Reg but not for a full back, especially if you want him to overlap the winger at times mate..

O'Brien is quicker than Tarks and Keane. He's not quick enough for a right back though.
