Still rumours around John Stones signing on a free. He would be a big wage earner though, for someone who is proven to be unreliable in terms of fitness. Recently pulled out of England squad due to injury (again) .
Don't think we need another central defender either.
Our priority in my view is still a top quality RB, followed by a CF, and back up LB (given that he will not try Aznou, why I am not sure) .

Might be a quality player but very injury prone. Need to move away from thirty year old players with a history of injuries. End up paying big wages for what?
Plus we already have Branthwaite, O'Brien, Keane and Tarkowski.

Stones isn't good enough for Everton, who would he replace? Another player ruined by Guardiola.

With rumours of Branthwaite's agents telling Man Ure that their client is still interested in a move there, we may well be one light next season.
