Maybe a bit cynical of me, but their investment money back guarantee is the stadium, as long as the Club is stable, cups mean nothing to them.

They are money men and they will want to maximise the biggest profit they can. I would say that currently they are achieving this with the new ground, however, whether they see the club missing out on Europe as a loss remains to be seen. We will know more by the end of this season, I guess.
