Any of those would do for me.
If I had to pick, it would be between Ilzer and Giraldez, as I think they would suit us as a club and what the fans appreciate.

I always thought he deserved a second season given the away form, but recent results have me backtracking. He's going to get another summer to sort out his squad. If we have not improved by Christmas, I think TFG should consider showing him the door..

yet if var didn't openly admit to screwing us in 2 of the last few games and pretty much robbing us of 4 points it's still all DM's fault ain't it?
For me personally if we get rid of Moyes (which we won't) then we'd be moving backwards and will probably have 2 or 3 managers a season yet again.

If we keep him then the football won't change regardless of who we get in. Moyes has one way of playing, keep him, and we will be mid table again.
