The owners have a massive decision to make on Sunday. Do they give Moyes millions to spend or say thank you to him and get someone else in.
Moyes will always be pragmatic and play not to lose. He will get us mid table with the occasional European spot. Would TFG be happy with that? Would we be happy with that?
These are new times for us. A fantastic new stadium, sensible owners with a few quid and we have the chance to kick on now.
I like Moyes and he has been our best manager since Howard. I do however feel that we need someone new if we are to kick on and challenge for the top 5.

I think he will get another season, but if they decide to move him upstairs, I would go for Ireola all day long.

1 year left on his contract. His remit was stability, he has done that. Next stage is progression on the field and return on their investment across the business. We as supporters, of course, want our Club to win everything, as do they at other Clubs.
We appear at last to have owners with funds and business acumen. What they don't know, they bring in people that do.

It's really concerning that he said he wants the owners to be ambitious in the summer and back him.
Didn't they do that last summer? And he ended up not playing half the players he bought.

He needs to be more ambitious on the pitch as well, then. I like Moyes, it's just frustration for most of us, I think. I mean, how many of our players would get in the top 5 teams? Not many, is there really.
Ndiaye, Pickford, Garner, so it is gonna be a slow process with a lot of bumps in the road. And, like you say, Swan, we haven't seen enough of his signings yet to see if they are any good.

Why would the club want Moyes to be moved upstairs?? Doing what exactly? I don't want him anywhere near the club, for Christ's sake, why can't we move on?
