We have bought one player, at a moderate price, so step in the right direction, but now it seems we are being prevented from further improvement by some intervention from officials the league or FA.
Givern what some clubs have already spent, this seems crazy.so can any ed explained what the problem is, please.
{Ed025's Note - its not a good idea to get involved in the money side AB, only the top brass know the real situation mate the rest is just speculation..

As far as I can see, there isn't a problem, just that PSR has changed to within your means, hence Spurs lashing out the dosh.

I have read an article on the subject Always Blues seems to be upset about, but it is referring to the PSR which no longer exists. Replaced by the Premier League's Squad Cost Ratio (SCR) rules. Starting in the 2026/27 season, clubs will be restricted to spending a maximum of 85% of their total revenue on player and manager wages, amortized transfer fees, and agent fees.

Yes, of course. What is their income v ours. Spurs are getting there because of their Stadium. Our owners bought us because of our Stadium. Things are moving quite quickly. Another 2 years, we will see the financial clout build.
