Morning fellow Blues, just watching New Zealand v France. What a breath of fresh air. VAR done in 10 seconds, no players crowding round screaming at the referee and nobody walking off with their hands over their mouth like the spoilt brat footballers we con.

VAR can learn a lot from Rugby. I don't buy the excuse football is faster, so needs to be used differently. Just need some competent individuals who use it properly.

Could learn from them from not play acting too. Blood can't stand these theatrics after a little nudge. Do you think they go around Lidls and fall over if they get knocked by a trolley?

Put a constant mic on the referees, and all the problems will go away. Bad language will have to stop. Disrespect to the ref will have to stop. Everything will be out in the open, and behaviour will certainly improve. No one wants to be called out on TV for the things they currently get away with without it amplified into our homes.

Scrap it. There should only ever be two teams on a football pitch. They've even got a sponsor of their own now! One ref, 4 linesmen, and the decisions won't be any different. There's still controversy now, like there was then. The only difference is the whole VAR system holds up the game, the celebrations etc. It's rubbish.

Been all about them. Clear and obvious didn't last the first games of the first season.
