If we sign a RB and a striker without losing Ndiaye, I might consider the window a worthwhile one.
That does depend on who we sign, to be honest. Any RB would be an improvement on nothing, but someone who can link up and whip a ball in is essential. Bringing in a past it player would be a huge disappointment. Rico Lewis would be promising.
As for the striker, I’d love us to give Vlahovic a go if he would come to us. Wouldn’t say no to Dju either. Getting in another Barry would be disastrous.
Anyone else would be much welcome. I’m guessing Hackney is replacing Gueye. Could do with another winger and a LB (though I’m hoping Aznou breaks through this year) .

If we don't end up with Delap, I will be amazed. Listening to Toffee TV earlier, Baz's sources seem to think we are actively talking to a few rightbacks of a decent quality, which is assuring. I think we will all be happier once we have signed one.

I think Moyes has had face to face talks with Delap. Very underwhelming last season, but who knows? He might thrive playing for us. After watching the Stoke game, I'd not pin our goalscoring hopes on either Beto or Barry.
