If Everton end up signing Wan Bissaka, after going all round the houses, look at right backs they are were interested in, but maybe for financial reasons could or would not pay the required fee or get close enough to it to bridge the gap.
I will consider this time a bit of a waste as they could have had he in fior the last couple of weeks or so, getting used to the system we play instead of chasing some pipe dreams for right backs who have stated they want the challenge of European football.

Totally agree TB, and have said similar on here a few times before. Two weeks until first match and still no sign of a proper RB.
Bloody annoying, can't keep using a stop gap at Premier League level.
