Tim will be replaced by Norgaard, so I think Rohl will be RB unless we actually sign a RB.
Patterson was all over the place when he came on. Bit like Myko.
{Ed025's Note - Rohl, Branthwaite and Travers were decent today, the rest would not start for the dog and duck, but it is pre season which apparently means you dont have to be able to make a 3 yard pass, tackle or be able to hit a bulls arse with a banjo, so its happy days,,

Dibling looked ok ahead of Rohl, but faded. Expect Ndayie, Norgaard, Barry, and KDH to come in on Wednesday. Squad still looks well short though. Did anyone mention a right back and a striker?

We've been looking, apparently, just can't get any of them for £10. Probably waiting till last minute and will get Delap and Wan Bassaka. Doesn't look as though we scout abroad.

It wasn't pretty viewing was it Ed25?
Stuttgart on the other hand were slick and used their possession effectively. They closed us down quickly and we ended up playing it sideways or backwards until we thumped it upfield to no one or lost it when Beto or Barry were crowded out. Didn't see the first half but from what I watched, I wasn't filled with confidence going into the season
{Ed025's Note - the first half was a bit better BR but Beto was like a circus clown, Rohl was very good and we did have some decent approach play without the killer instinct mate, i made a conscious effort to study Dibling but besides a few decent touches he was very underwhelming, runs or should i say lollops along the wing and looks very weak, he can beat a man but lacks the pace to leave him for dead and does lose the ball far too easily, appears to be wearing divers boots out there, i wish i could be more complimentary but its no use me telling lies, but it is only pre season so it does not really count...apparently..

Dibling has to be the biggest mystery in Premier League history, he was brilliant for Southampton and now just looks like another youth player, touch and go if he makes it big time. Mind blowing to be honest.

Why is Moyes oblivious towards the standard of play from Mycolenko, especially when he is playing right next to him, I have said it loads of times on this forum along with everyone else, we don't just need a right back, we also need a left back, why can't the manager and Baines see this lack of quality in Mycolenko?

Needs to give Aznou more time, Uran.
From what I saw of Dibling, he was wasted on the right. Didn't get past his man in the second half. Made a few nice passes, but looked shattered and lightweight.
Armstrong was at least playing balls forward where possible. Rohl didn't stop running.
Branthwaite was solid when called on. Travers looks like a decent understudy to Pickford.
We lacked creativity. We lacked flair. We lacked all over the pitch. We are playing it out from the back, and half the time we don't get past the halfway line. It was not a good watch.
