Just watching the 3rd draw and I think that teams in Europe can't play against each other is a load of nonsense.
Unless I'm being Stupid would this solution work?
They draw round 1&2&3 at the same time.
If the teams in Europe get drawn against each other when they enter in round 3 can't they just play their 3rd round game when round 2 is on and then play in round 4 when everyone else does?
Am I missing something and then at least no one gets an advantage?

Sounds very complicated and also I like draw when you don't know who you are getting - drawing 3rd round on day 1 spoils the draw for me.

I know it's to avoid fixture congestion, but it also feels wrong that a couple of so called big sides avoid each other.
No tasty Manchester derby possible.
