Brighton negotiated £56m out of Spurs for Van Hecke who was in the last year of his contract.
Our lot roll over and have the tummy tickled for £60m for Ndiaye who has three years left, this valuation doesn’t make sense!

Will probably be telling the owners it was a good deal getting 4 times what we played for him.

I get the financials are really tough this year as I have mentioned in some posts and selling Ndiaye is the right thing to do but you don’t sell so cheap.

Hopefully things gel quickly and we maintain our solid start to the season, so far I’ve had the rollercoaster of emotions supporting Everton gives me over a season condensed into the opening two weeks!

But I will say one thing my fellow blues, we all have our differing opinions on things but we all love our club and I feel we have shown again how much we will all fight for our club and our players through our continued support!
No other club comes near the passion we have and that passion of an Everton supporter is something none of these other clubs can ever buy!

That's right St, you know what they say, you can choose your friends but not your family. And our family is one full of emotion and opinions, yes, our views will always differ, but that's a good thing, as long as it doesn't get personnel.

At the end of the day, we all want to see our club get back to fighting for honours. Remember.
"Nothing but the best is good enough."

If Van Hecke was 56, then Richy looks a bargain. ?

You sell players based on demand and right now there is only Spurs after him. Add in the fact we need players to come in then the deal makes sense. There are also addons to this so it isn't the overall amount we would get.

Ndiaye hasn't been the same since afcon and for me, if I'm looking at it from a city or even a spurs perspective, I wouldn't pay 60m for him. I'd be thinking we could go out there and sign better with more end product for the same amount or less.

Another example is Arsenal. We've sold 3 players now for more than they ever have. Lukaku, Ricky and now Ndiaye have gone for more money than any player they've sold and look at the quality they've had over the years.

Looking at finances and players what we should and shouldn't sell for is not for us fans. You wouldn't have a clue how it all works. We just need to concentrate on supporting this players that are there.

We're about to bring in players that could have a huge impact on our season and definitely give us a better chance than having one single player like Ndiaye.
