A decision goes against Everton, and the club is ordered to hand over £35m to Burnley, immediately, not pending an appeal, but straight away, and now comes word that should we win the appeal, Burnley might not have the funds to repay the money.
How odd this is, given that city have been found guilty, but there is no such instant penalty. It is truly clear, the premier League is what we have always said, they are corrupt.

I read that Everton did inform the League that Burnley might have problems returning the 35M pounds if the appeal was successful and they were told to pay it anyway rather than have it in Escrow. Chelsea and City treatment, compared with ourselves, have shown what a corrupt organization we have in the Premier League.

Or just use this as the yardstick of expectation when we sue City for our loss of revenue. Pay up now then hide it with the Arteta money. No one will find it, not even City's lawyers.
