Our recruitment team, I despair. Overpriced established players, players who are a little cheaper but only because they have failed elsewhere, or players who nobody wants because their performance levels have fallen off a cliff.
I'm a bit long in the tooth, I've been going since 1963, but even my non-professional eye could spot better, cheaper options. Our recruitment team are stealing their wages.
