Ultimately it will do Nick and probably lead to yet another managerial change.

Truth is we lack leaders and the characters on the pitch and that's been evident for a few seasons regardless of managers.

Correct we do lack leaders Mocker. We never see anyone taking command on the pitch. Certainly no one fears anyone. The manager should be picking his leaders on the pitch.

We now definitely have enough quality on the pitch and in the squad to consistently win games, providing the manager gets the system and tactics right, he will not be sacked this year, maybe when the deal is completed sometime next year the new owners could consider a change if the results are still the same.
