Best thing would be to leave these sorts of things to the management team. We all have different opinions on ins and outs but it’s up to them to see who’s best.
He would still walk into our team in my opinion. He was also playing in the Europa League Final with his goals in games before the final helping spuds get there in the first place and winning the trophy.
Judging a player in 90 minutes in a final is amateurish.

Where’s the punt? Loan with option to buy is the way forward but I personally would buy him for 40m tomorrow, I certainly ain’t no manager though so let’s see what they do.

Why should Spurs loan a player they bought off is for 60m? If they decide that they don’t want him he will go to whoever offers the most. Though I don’t see clubs forming much of a queue.
Say it again he is not worth 40m, and Levy won’t loan him to the club who turned him over.
