Never mind Grealish, I'd like us to show some real ambition by going for Gyokeres and fellows. just imagine that for a minute. plenty of goals there.

Going for players we know we won't get would suggest a lack of competence, not ambition. Fellows could be a goer. Gyokeres is not.

the one we should be pushing hard for is James McAtee

He didn’t want to come when he was at Coventry. Why would he want to now after scoring the amount of goals he has for Sporting ?.

It's pointless bidding for players that we have zero chance of signing, just makes us look amateurish.
We need players who can take us into the top half and maybe sneak a trophy along the way. Once we're established and challenging for European places the bigger names will be more open to going us.
If TFG have a little patience then within five years we'll be back up in the top 5 every season.

Don't think TFG will want to wait five years to be competing near the top. We may not have signed many players yet, but we have employed top people to run the club.
Moshiri was often accused of not having people with the correct knowledge to run a club, and this is why mistakes were made. I can't see this happening with TFG in charge.

Gyokores a grafter but he'd struggle in the PL to score goals. There's a reason Brighton let him go to Coventry. He's a tank, but a slow tank.

The right team and style of play were he is at the moment. big gamble at £80 million I reckon but utd would build the team around him. he would definitely flop at arsenal and we can't afford him anyway.
