Is it known what, if any, Moyes was involved with the signing of Diberling.
A hell of a lot of cash to pay for a young man, who, whilst haveing great potential, had not one season of proven achievement.
I know it's always possible, with the benefit of hindsight, to be critical, but come the January window, time to face up to a poor decision, and cut our loses, and try to recover as much as we can, both purchases price, but the big contract that came with it.

He is going nowhere in January. Hopefully he will get his chance when the African competition is on. Then we will see if he was worth the transfer fee.

Hard to displace ndyiae and grealish he’s young and apparently very quiet, he may just be slow settling in but hopefully he does and we see him soon.

Davey always said from the time Dibling was brought in, that he would play him very sparingly to start with, we will see a bit more of him when Ndiaye and Gueye are away.

Can’t believe the mindset of some supporters.

Can't believe paying £42 mill for a player and even putting him behind McNeil in the standings. No gametime is stagnation.

Whoever decided on some of our other signings must of been high or drunk patto beto chemiti Harrison loan 2 years maupay tosin to name but a few there's been loads more over the last 10 years was it all thellwell shouldn't be anywhere near a negotiation or was there brown envelopes.

That is down to the managers preference dms it’s not the players fault. And it’s certainly not the players fault for the fee paid.

It's not my bloody fault either, but I have to live with it, that's what being a life-time Everton supporter is unfortunately. I have 5 years until I am 90, hopefully by that time we will have made a decent center-forward and right-back signing.
{Ed025's Note - we will Mike, the futures bright...the future is Blue mate..

Well at least that’s clear Mike ?.

You know BMD I was at Wembley in 1995. I came away from the game as a young 55 year old full of anticipation that we had a great future as a football club. 30 years ago, now an old man and my son is 55.
Nothing but promises and how wonderful it was in the "boys pen" which by the way was total crap. Poor management and poor recruitment and a lot of wasted money on sub-standard players, so my patience had reached rock bottom, until now.
At last we have an owner who appears to be a good business manager, a new fantastic stadium and a decent manager and team. Now let's move forward over the next few years recruiting players with quality and passion and make a SQUAD that will play football that is good to watch and will get us off our seats, make us proud and give us some silverware.

Much respect BlueMike, been there got the T shirt. Whatever it is you take bottle it and pass it on. 70% of the lads I 'worked' with are gone now, that is 70% who never reached 75. As far as Everton and football go, in recent years non-league has saved my sanity.

In that case Mike you certainly remember the eighties. I was early thirty and went regular home and away. At the time I felt we were going to dominate football for the next ten years mate. Ninety five was good but I just didn’t get the same feeling for that team.
Then of course we had Moshiri turn up and began thinking this is it.
Well we know how that turned out. Now we have new owners and a new ground, and so begins another new dawn.
Will we ever win anything again? Who knows. All I know is time is running out for me, so if I come across as grumpy then I apologise. Just want one last memory mate.
