Strongest side when everyone fit! Existing players: (I may get some stick)
Pickford
Patterson Tarkowski O'Brien Mykolenco
Garner KDH
Ndiaye Armstrong Grealish
Barry.

Not selecting a fit JB?
He has less mistakes in him than Tarks.

Not sure you should get any stick but leaving JB out is criminal. Comfortably the best centre-half we have
The only potential change is Idrissa if we need to be a bit more combative.
Imagine that side with 2 decent full-backs.

No stick from me. We all have out own views. Might have Branthwaite in the side but not sure who to leave out really. I would also swap Armstrong and KDH around. Think KDH might be more creative.

Wouldn't leave O'Brien out would play him with JB but Moyes wouldn't bench his captain and JB has been out for a while. I posted that team because Moyes is going to have a big job keeping everybody happy. Dibling I would loan to Preston, if he loans Armstrong it will be criminal.

When we get everyone back, will have a strong looking squad, and DM will have a " nice problem " to deal with over selection.
I too would also like to see OBrien given a run in central defence, alongside Tarkowski initially and then JB on his return, as they could be the more long term central defensive partnership.

KDH has said himself he prefers a deeper role, and Armstrong is made for the forward midfield position. Dare I say Armstrong could become our Gerrard. Oh and O'Brien and Branthwaite both read the game well, and both can play with the ball at their feet. Garner captain, Tarkowski sub.

Said similar the other day Brass. He seems to have his frame, mentality and the edge to him. Hopefully he can fill out a bit in the summer and really become a mainstay in our midfield for years to come . well, until Real Madrid sign him!

Branthwaite will come in to the starting line up as soon as he is fit. He's the only left sided centre half we have and his pace, composure and passing is much better than the other 3. He'll start with Tarkowski but the rest of the team is what most of us would pick dms.
Moyes doesn't usually trust younger players so may use Armstrong sporadically or send him back to Preston. I hope not as he has shown he is more than capable at playing at this level and can develop more, with experience and more game time in EPL.
