It is amazing how quickly the leagues move when assessing point deductions to Everton and West Brom and Lesser City. (intentional misspelling) .
I believe they may be waiting to see if Man City when’s the league, so the points deduction would happen next year.
If they do not win the league, they will wait to see how many points they can deduct, and still not cause relegation.
Or they may simply deduct Man City one point per season for the next 60 years.

And some sort of bs statement saying they've been such good promotors of the Premier League, etc., so they have reduced the penalty to a fine.
