Ed 25. Do you think city will find the atmosphere in Cheshire league 2, as exciting next season after their 115 charges, have been found proven.?
PS, Do we then make them an offer for Docue, just saying.

{Ed025's Note - im not sure that they will get any sanctions against them AB, probably a slap on the wrists and a fine mate, even if they do get found guilty they will appeal and it will be another few years before any action is taken..

Agree0 Disagree0

More money than God and getting richer by the day. Andy for Prime Minister, that's my wish. ???

Any fine they get now will be meaningless given they are still accumulating trophies as we speak. History will show what they have won, not how they got it.

Regrettably, I concur with the view that, 1, they are likely to get away with an almost meaningless fine, and that 2, even if found guilty, they will drag out the process, with an appeal.

First, against the guilty finding, then drag it out some more, with a second appeal against any sporting sanction, and with the unspoken threat to near bankrupt the Premier League with the legal prospects.

It's daft.

They cheated financially and they were caught.

They should have no grounds to appeal if found guilty. What defence would they give? Father Ted's "The money was just resting in my account." approach?

I'm sure it's more complex than that, but it really should have been all done and dusted by now with us finishing an extra place higher with City ending the season in 20th.

Won't happen. Prem League has no spine. Chelsea situation can vouch for that.
