David Moyes says Everton have taken a step in the right direction, but now needs it to be backed up to continue to climb the Premier League table.
Really he should be tested for Alzheimer's. It's funny how one man can so utterly delusional, we are f****d under this man.
{Ed025's Note - tell me about it TB..

Agree 100%. TB, he's been more than backed already and has somehow managed to spend big dosh on a number of players, yet not play them. Aznou, Dibling, Alcaraz, plus Armstrong sat warming the bench every week for what? And Tyrique George, who looks useful going forward, has had about an hour spread across 10 sub appearances..
Unforgivable..

He's been given money, spent it and not used the players he bought.
He cannot be given more money to spend under any circumstances.

Don't bite my head off when I say this, but it's not just Moyes, the team hasn't played right for the last 7 games, and I know it's him that picks the team.

So many angry posts, yeah sure we were absolutely toothless and inept, but we been safe for weeks. The anger I get, but who replaces Moyes right now? We already been down that road and now we have some stability. Most are not happy, I'm unsure what we want anymore, a year into new ownership, steady progress, well out the way of relegation and still where not happy.
The team and Moyes need a good hard look in the mirror, but so do us fans. Next season is the judgement season. Sure we could should would have done better but we didn't.

The team are run into the ground and the man refuses to change anything, doesn't make subs until the 82nd minute, plays people out of position, and keeps partnerships that don't work.
If he was making reasonable changes (IE, playing people in their actual positions or dropping people who have been terrible) and it wasn't working, then fair play, the players can take the brunt of the blame.

"But who replaces Moyes right now?"
Iraola and Glasner are both without clubs now and both better managers than Moyes.
Either one will do, preferably Iraola.
As for "stability", Sunderland finished Seventh. They only just came up and were favourites to finish bottom. They were behind us last week.
I don't care about stability if that stability is achieving nothing. What is the point in football?
If we have Moyes next season, Iraola and Glasner will go to other clubs and when Moyes gets sacked in December, I look forward to our choices of Martin O'Neil and Brendan Rodgers.
