The brutal truth, is that the TFG, are quite satisfied with a mid-table finish, and that being so we are set for another season of the same, Moyes, to bring in a handful of over 30s, get knocked out of both domestic cup competition, early, then finish 9th and present it as a good step forward.
I'm not mystic meg, but I think my predictions are on the money.

AB doesn't know it, of course, but he's going on what we have all seen. I find it hard to challenge, as Moyes' tactics just don't strike me as getting anything more than what AB predicts.

The CEO has stated clearly that there is a 2 year plan. Year 1 was stability, on and off the pitch. Transfers were hit and miss, but we never flirted with relegation. The board will want to see an improvement on that in year 2, if they don't, they'll get rid, I'm sure.
