If I added in Bowen, maybe.
30 Jun 2026 16:40:23
Also, not going to be financially possible, plus a major consideration is Branthwaite's fitness.

I think Doue is very ambitious, purely for the rumoured fee. I'd love it if we got him, but can't see us spending that much on a right back unfortunately.
30 Jun 2026 16:55:44
Why not, if we sell Tim, Dwight, Keane, Barry, Patto, plus what we have in the war chest already, add in their wages - include into that Colemans and Ganas wages. You would only have to put xx amount down on new players, not the whole fees.

Keane signed an extension.

It is absolutely financially possible. That is about 130/140m.
The gross spend last year for some clubs was around that. We are in a better position this year than we were last, and, as Dev said, we can shift a few players on to help, like Dwight, Charlie, Tim and Barry.

I agree it's possible, personally, I just can't see us shelling out that amount of money for a rb.

I think TFG will want to make a statement, this will be a good window for us, I'm sure.
30 Jun 2026 20:31:03
Well, if they want to make a statement, signing it will be on a striker, not a right back, whether we want one or not.
