Pickford may not be the best goal keeper in the world, but he is head and shoulders above any other English goal keeper.
However, this will not stop the Pickford heaters in the media, or pundits, grasping the opportunity to poor out their bile.
Fact, his record, with England is beyond reproach, and, disappointing those it may be, England have just achieved their best World Cup position since 1966. But then Banks was such an awfull keeper, god knows how they managed it.

His record as England goalkeeper speaks for itself. Can never argue with the facts.
