How has anyone seen enough to say he is better than Tarks?
If Moyes doesn't fancy him and we have someone else lined up, then I'd sell. Can only see this having legs if that's the case.
{Ed025's Note - Tarks is 33 mate and is already prone to mistakes, JOB seems the natural successor to me and i think letting him go would be a big mistake..

Sees himself as a CB but Moyes rates him behind Tarkowski (insult) , Keane and JB. It will be a stupid decision to let him go, not least because JB will inevitably break down.

I'm not convinced that he's as good as some of our fans think. Perhaps outgoings will be matched by incomings.

Had a rethink. We are in for a LB (yes, I know opinions on Myko) , Bard!! O'Brien wants away because he sees himself as CB. A LB coming in means Myko can play LB and CB as required.

Letting O'Brien go is sheer madness, but then what else can we expect from our transfer team. These people are undermining the future of Our club, a by word for total incompetence.
Please TFG, take note, and take action. It may take a bob or two to show them the door, but it would be one of the best investments they have ever made.

Agree that Tarks cannot be the solution at CB long term. Just personally not seen any evidence that O'Brien is the answer - but to be clear I'd only be happy to see him go if it is due to someone else coming in - not Myko as a CB.
