Are brilliant transfer team are at it again. Who, in their right mind, would put O'Brien up for sale. Please someone take these lunatics, put them in a nice dark room, the ones with the padded walls, and let them have a long lie down, or at least untill the transfer window closes.

Moyes rates him as third CB and third RB. O'Brien asked to go. The Club are in for another LB that will release Mykolenko as third CB.

I really hope that is pure speculation about OBrien leaving. If he did go, that would leave us worryingly light in central defence, with Keane the only proper back up.
The question is, should OBrien be playing now instead of Tarkowski?

Always Blue, who said we put him up for sale? Pretty sure it's more likely to have come from the player asking to learn, which is fair enough. He's definitely at a stage where he needs to play regular at CB.
Like a few others have said, I defo think Tarks getting the captaincy and thus near automatic starter in the league.

No good worrying about it. Let's wait until the end of the transfer window and see who stays, who comes in and who goes.
I am sure some supporters will be happy and others will not. Hopefully, we will end up with a squad that can keep us in the top half of the table and give us a chance of getting into Europe.
It is a squad game these days, but you can only play eleven at one time. Let's hope that player rotation is used more than it has in the past.

The reports are that he has asked to leave, the recruitment team haven't just put him up for sale against his will. No major loss if he does get to move on. He's average at best and there are plenty of players in that position that we could bring in.
