He was not referring to Everton but the window and league in general. Everton have signed 5 players. Are they going to sign a whole new team? We do not yet have the finances that allow us to do a Spurs under the new rules.
It is naive of anyone to believe our Club/Business is not, has not been constantly talking and making moves to bring in players for positions while competing with 19 others.
