I think it's the proven goalscorer bit that may cause the disagreement - if Richy was a proven goalscorer, he wouldn't be leaving Tottenham. He has never scored more than 13 in a season, and generally 10-11 is more his territory, which is only fractionally better than what we have.
He is also on the decline, so there's that too.
Grealish is also lacking end product, although I will say that our form did nose dive following his injury, so I'm not unhappy to see him back.

Well, there is a chance we are going to offload Beto to push for Balogun. I was hoping for Dju, but Balogun is a good mobile striker, be like Watkins stretching the opposition back line.
More expensive than Dju, but the Ndiaye sale gives us the financial movement.
Tete is another short term right back solution, hope he can play more games than his last 3 seasons.
