So I have a number of questions regarding the City charges hopefully someone can provide answers.
As I understand it both us and them have been found guilty by a Premier League panel us as you all know on one charge, they on approximately 114 charges. The Premier League asked at the outset that we be given a 12 point deduction which as you know turned out to be 10 and was immediately applied there then followed a short appeal process and our points deduction was reduced to 6 and we got four points back immediately reinstated. So to question 1 should city be expelled out of the league does that happen immediately and if so do points gained against them get deleted as teams that haven't played them will now play fewer games.
Do they get expelled at the end of the season and what if they finish top?
If they get expelled how does that impact promotions from the lower leagues?
Does the Premier League just relegate the bottom 2 and what if the reason they get relegated is because of games against city or that the team that finishes 17 got a draw against city. How does the league that city end up in manage extra fixtures or promotions should city win that league.
If city just get a massive points deduction that is that big it relegates them is that fair on the championship? do they get parachute payments?
Do their charges cover the following seasons where their spend exceeded the permitted levels as ours did and we got a four point deduction. Is that enforceable once city come under EFL jurisdiction.
The Premier League have made a rod for their own backs as this situation is of their own making. Had the desire to make an example of Everton and potentially get us relegated not been so strong and they applied common sense and fined us then this situation would be solvable with a massive financial fine and a transfer ban over a number of windows.
However they have now got to apply severe sanctions for how they treated us! If not does that not speak volumes. Are we then in a position to sue the Premier League for unfair treatment and claim losses for the higher position we would have finished without points deductions over two seasons.
To be honest may head has fried looking at all the possible scenarios and subsequent fallout.

No one knows the answers to these questions Big C, we can only speculate.
The supporting statement from Masters is pretty damning though, clear that only have City been found guilty, but also that they made attempts to hold up the process. He also stated that the Premier League want to act swiftly now.
Only a hefty punishment seems likely and appropriate.

I hope for the integrity of the premier league that it is fair and appropriate considering our punishments and Forrest's it should be commensurate with them ie 1 charge = initial 10 point deduction therefore 115 charges = 1150 point deduction over the period of deception which if successful on appeal can be reduced to 690 points on the 1 charge = 6 point deduction basis
However I can’t help feeling that they’ll s*** out and it will be a massive fine and a transfer ban over a period.
If that happens I’ll need to find my corrupt placard

Big C, it has taken something like four years to get to this stage. It is in Cities best interest to keep the appeal process going as long as possible and it's in the Football League's interest to procrastinate as long as possible. This will not be resolved soon.
I expect that the League will push for our appeal against the Burnley payment to be upheld, making it more difficult for clubs to take out lawsuits against each other.
Remember what action was taken against Chelsea, I expect another white wash.
