Reading this day in and day out. I've loved the comments and the rumours and how people have expressed themselves.
We are a passionate club wanting more but it will take time.
What we can not do is appease our own anxieties from the past and expect an immediate change.
This has been my club for 38 years and we have the right to express our feelings. We deserve to be a top team. But the fact of the matter is - we are not. We are evolving and that does not happen over night. Yes we need the right players but we have seen how players have progressed under the right team, which means there is hope.
And how that haven't.
Time is a virtue but expectations draw us back which questions individuals - then we change.
We point the finger at times someone who can not fit into the structure but how we are as a team and how we support the community makes me not only proud to be an Evertonian, it allows me to take this into the type of person I am - someone when respects and epitomises our philosophy.
I'm from Stourbridge - we are few here and we are not true blue blood but we have to support.
I just want to say that after playing at goodison and seeing Hill Dickinson - we have the right tools.
Let's enjoy the season without regret.
