I don't think tying Jimmy down to a new deal could have come at a better time.
His value is only going one way and will soon sky rocket if he keeps getting plaudits in the press and compliments from the national team manager, comparing him to one of the best midfielders in the world.
Hopefully we invest this summer enough to convince him to stay as I imagine there will be a few clubs after him come the end of the season and the tournament this summer.
In other news we have been linked with Raul Asencio from Real Madrid.

He was GB. It was a bit of a dull game though with nothing riding on it. I would like to see him in a match with a bit more bite and needle to it, mate.
