Yeah, for £50m.
So, we either get another loan or pay a smaller fee.
If we spend £50m on him, then we need to fold as a club.

That will be renegotiated without a doubt. Or as Swan says, possibly another loan and a nominal fee at end of season. I think we have done that before with a player in the last year of their contract, possibly Gareth Barry? The only thing that could stop it would be their new manager wanting him to stay, but with the talent at their disposal, I doubt he would be in any future plans for City.

I am with Swan on this. £50 mill is a lot, and his agent won't give Everton back in wages. There has to be very good LW and RW's out there for 1/2 the wage Grealish is on.
