I thought Barry had a good game as well. Loved Ndiaye bigging him up in front of us after his goal to take his celebration. Now the journey home, but loving the result. UTFT.

Fat Chris, it's almost like it's a confidence thing. He gets into absolutely smashing positions. His first touch is definitely killing him. I think a proper number 9 latter 20s (experienced) would help this guy day in day out training. Getting crosses into him has improved, and he's a header on him. Beto needs the through ball to get on to, as his close control is questionable, so he needs the ball to beat the defenders his touch won't.
Our issue is, we can't afford to develop both. If you think about it, right back, Grealish, and experience up front. That's a serious squad, and a million miles from Lampard or Dyche squads. I've not seen so much cover in positions in my lifetime. We may not get anyone, maybe I'm dreaming, but we are pretty close to looking like a dangerous side.

You say that, but his header was going out for a throw.
You can't learn a first touch at the age he is now, and having spent so many years in top level football. I would wager that his previous clubs would have identified his first touch as being poor as well.
There was a reason why Villarreal and their finds thought that they had our pants down for the fee.

B&B would both be better as Bed & Breakfast!
