No chance unless we've been working behind the scenes like headless chickens..

Headline this morning Forrest working on a deal for Delap ..Please don't let us go into this new season with the chuckle brothers up front.

I think we will bring in 4-5 players. 2 will probably be loans. Plus I'd still expect 3, maybe 4 leaving. Could be a busy final week of the window.

25 Aug 2026 11:23:58
Well that's one way of destabilising the team, I guess.

25 Aug 2026 11:38:08
I'm sure that won't do anything to the team. What it should do is send a message that we aren't a team based on 1 win, we are a team that's improving all the time. If you're not good enough, or don't put in 100% every week, ur out.

Look at Arsenal, City, the players on their benches would start in any other team, that's why they are winners, always wanting more, always wanting better.

No chance, we can't do that many medicals in a month, and take photos and videos, simply asking too much. I think 2 is pushing it.

Come on Forest, do us a favour and sign this lemon!

Arsenal and City pay ridiculous wages to have players sitting on the bench. And remind me how many players did Moyes drop last season when they were out of form?

25 Aug 2026 14:24:24
BB does have a point, Moyes tends to stick pretty rigidly to his preferred eleven. Will be interesting to see who loses out once Garner and Norgaard are fit.

{Ed025's Note - there are going to be a few unhappy bunnies i expect BMD..

It will be Hackney and Harrison that make way. But they should get game time from the bench, otherwise it's on Moyes' head. It's a good dilemma to be in, tho. Just hope Moyes rotates them rather than sticking to his historical 11.

{Ed025's Note - i just hope the manager doesn,t just take the easy option and bench the young players because its the easy option Anom, i thought Armstrong and Hackney played very well against Palace and it would be harsh to drop them mate, we do have strength in that area and of course there will be rotation but we will see..

Moyes will play who he feels is ready and offers the same standard as he takes off. Looking at alot of those player on the bench last season, they were no where near good enough, so it's no wonder he didn't change the team.

This season so far they have offered alot more, let's hope it continues, and also our squad is better, and as we've seen Moyes has been making subs, he sees the player every day, not us making up stuff that we think he should do.

Disagree, there were players sitting on that bench who could have made a difference, and that was shown when he finally made changes against Spurs and the whole attitude of the team changed.
