I think this is what the club have been trying to force him to do, mate, because they were pi*** off that they didn't land Ndiaye, but (from the player) he's already stated it will be Everton or Spurs. I'd be surprised if it was anywhere else.

I'd be surprised if he went to Saudi, but that depends if he just wants out.

As of 11.23, Richarlison is not going to Saudi, and will remain at Spurs unless something changes. It's still on, fingers crossed!!
