If TFG were to sell EFC for one billion, what sought of profit would they walk away with.?
I know this can only be a rough estimate, but for those that see only the amount they have put in, it may impact there uncritical view of the Frikins motives.

Well the club is on a much better footing than when they bought it so would imagine anywhere between 3 to 4 hundred million.
I was wondering if they have been caught out by this two clubs in Europe issue and didn't realise it could be a problem going forward. Or maybe they are just very good businessmen who realise an opportunity when they see it.

Here we go again! It's not about the amount they have put it that us 'uncritical' fans are bothered about. In previous posts, you have made out they only bought us to make a quick buck so people have replied with how much they have spent thus far.
Some of us can see how far we have come since they took over from FM. Remember him and how close we sailed to relegation and financial ruin? Did you prefer that? TFG have put in solid foundations to keep the club solvent and competitive in the short term. One of the major problems they have is the financial rules that govern every club, they are not allowed to go out and splash millions on players just to appease the fan base.
Maybe if those 'critical' fans could look at the bigger picture, then we wouldn't be having the same discussion on this forum every other day!

It needed someone to put us on a good financial footing. If they now want to sell so be it. The most important issue for us is that we don't get another Moshiri type of owner. We need good business people who can improve us each season both from a financial and footballing viewpoint.

And he got a simple answer, BB. You're right, it is a debating site yet he rarely replies once people try and debate him. It's the same rinse and repeat posts, if it's not the board it is the manager. If it's not the manager it is one of the players. Last time I checked, we were undefeated thus far, the club is more financially stable than it has been for a good few years and we seem to be moving in the right direction.
There is more to be happy about than what there is to moan about yet some of these posts AB puts out there are baffling, almost as if he enjoys causing division within the forum. I never called him names and my reply was quite civil, I really don't see the problem? As you say, the site is for debating and that's all I was doing.
