If the sale goes ahead, TFG, walk away with a profit of around five hundred million pounds, not bad for a couple of years work.
In my opinion, this was always their intention, rebuilding the side to compeat at the top level was never their agenda.
So, personally, I just want them gone, if it drags on, the players will not be going out with a number on their back, just a for sale sign, with the price underneath.

They have stabilised the club financially and for that we should be grateful. Without their intervention, the club was spiralling into the championship for the first time in many, many decades.
Roma was their first love, that's just the way it is. Rumours are that they are wanting to build a new stadium in Rome, which is probably why they need the cash from selling us.
The one thing they have done is lifted our profile, we are a far more attractive club now than when they rocked up. The main thing is that they sell to someone who will grow the club further, not another Moshiri.

Looks like to me the friedkins are throwing their toys out the pram over the non sale of Harrison Armstrong the fact us the fans stopped that sale has crushed them and as any narcissist would are now having a major breakdown because they never got their own way the fact they weren't in control of something is what they can't handle weak weak owners definitely not suited to merseyside they've nearly stripped the club and come January we would've seen the sale of Branthwaite garner n pickford I'm delighted they're selling.
