Silva bas said he was six new players before the window closes. Any ideas ed apart from digne and mine?

Sorry ed must have missed that one. Think we will need the six players that he talks of though because our current squad seem incapable of playing Silva tactics.
{Ed002's Note - My fear remains that Silva does not stay too long at Everton. I am sure he has a sgheet of paper with all of the player names on it and 10 have a red line through and there is a list of other he desires, with options, at the bottom.}

We will just have to wait to see who or what happens. Clearly the press is just a scatter gun approach, the eds know less and less each window and some bloke at work is probably pulling your leg.

Need to tie up Digne ASAP and move on to other targets. Drinkwater has been mentioned today - he’d be a great addition. It would seem from various media outlets that RLC, Mawson, Rondon, Kalinic, Sidibe, Barrios. are available and they’d all strengthen our squad. It could be that players are waiting to see if any clubs with CL football will come in for them before signing for a club like Everton. It’s a shame, but there it is. Could mean our deals go down to the wire.

Drinkwater has no pace, he's strong and can pick a pass but is slower than my aunty jean with her false leg.

Would just be interesting to know who we’d been in for and who we have interest in. Guess we’ll find out very soon! Do you expect us to be busy Ed?
