Woeful from start to finish. Dyche input of his depth at Everton. Why change the side?
Why did he have to change a winning team and formation? What did he think was going to happen?
Get him out. Lost first 4 home games now. Has that ever happened before? I can't remember that ever happening!

Controversial to say, but it but makes me wonder if the fans are part of the issue, okay away from home with a few thousand but whenever they’re out in front the Goodison crowd they go to bits, almost like there’s this overwhelming pressure they can’t cope with.

First time in a while that me and my son have gone the match together. I can honestly say that it was the worst performance I have ever witnessed at Goodison Park.
Everton Football Club is like dragging a tortured body through the streets so everyone can watch it die.

Agree Pauly, feel sorry for u and your son having to watch such a timid back foot performance at home. I think only thing that saves SD at moment is we can’t afford to sack another manager. Did/ does SD really think we can keep top teams out all match and just leave 10 behind the ball? He’s got to start being braver and play DCL and Beto together. With 3 points for a win, it makes so much more sense to go all out and win 1 game out of 3 than draw 2. With head start we have given teams, our terrible away points tally last few seasons and now 3 straight losses this season at home something has got to change or we will be down and out by November!

Dyche was the best manager to keep us up and he did that only just, he is not the one to take us forward, he should have only been given the job untill the end of last season to save paying off another manger
It's only a matter of time before he is sacked and once again we will be looking for a new manager, this club is an embarrassment.

Dyche had two weeks to prepare for that game, two weeks, with the majority of the players available to work with.
A very predictable, negative, feeble, toothless display. Where was the spirit?
That’s all on Dyche for me.
{Ed025's Note - my only defence for SD Lee is that he cant drop any of these under performers because he has nobody to replace them, saying that there is no excuse for that performance and poor tactics mate..

Potter is holding out for a Champions League Club. Problem is Everton has been buried head first into the swamp of mediocracy after crawling there legs cut off at the knees by BK and Moshri. There is not a Manager (apart from Alardyce, Pardew) yee Gods, would touch us, oh Lampard perhaps.

Potter may not be as good as you think, he worked for arguably the best run club in the country where managers thrive (De Zerbi isn’t exactly failing either) . Then Potter went one of the other worst run clubs in the country and epically failed. We’re as badly run if not worse, I can’t see him doing any better.

At least under the likes of Martinez whilst being frustrated by our defensive issues we were in games. We would score and have a chance of winning. We have not entered one game under SD looking like we would win. The only people with less confidence in winning than me are the players.

Wasn't expecting anything today, so not pissed off with the result. Its the performance that's got me. SD has to do better and so do the players.
Our midfield 3 aren't performing. We've got Garner who can play there so why not drop 1 of them or change formation.
The main issue is his in-game management and making changes when needed. We'd had the warning with the corner before the goal yet we still didn't pick up the player on the edge of the box and allowed them to just play it to the man on the edge of the box.
Also our set pieces need to be better and that starts with taking Young off them.

So here we go again. Haven't these people caused enough heartache and misery for us fans? Now we're looking at a possible takeover that, at best, looks murky. How much more uncertainty can we, as fans, tolerate? This is the demise of our once great club. We are being fed to any shark that wants a bite thanks to the failings of moshiri and kenwright. I certainly hope we move forward in the right direction and put an end to the years of misery once and for all but something tells me this could very well be the end for us as a club. We have to get this sale right for all our sakes. Anyone fancy us to get it right? Nah me neither.

I'm not an iwobi fan yes he runs and runs but only because he has given the ball when we are attacking and most players are in advanced positions and usually ends up with us conceding at important times of the game. the bloke has talent speed skill control and could be a worldy but something is missing confidence composer he seems nervous to me when he gets the ball and looks like he panics. I do hope he goes I never rated him at arsenal.
{Ed025's Note - i have always described him as "busy doing nothing" RON, runs around a lot yet never effects the game like he should do..

Doesn't score, can't put a decent cross in, tends to give the ball away (cost us last year with silly goals) and holds on to the ball too long. Can't knock the bloke for effort though and will always remember the goal he scored against Newcastle.
Cash in and get someone who can cross, score and effects the game in the right way.

Pretty sure we wanted zaha at the time but palace wanted £70 million so we got Iwobi for £35 million. Cornet from West ham might be a decent replacement don't know wots happened to him since joining West ham always looked dangerous to me but yet another ex Burnley player maybe dyche can getting him playing ?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️.

He is very left sided can play anywhere along the left side so more versatility, I remember he started as a left back so in a pinch could allow Young to move to the right…. lots of crosses

I've resigned myself to seeing us go down. I'm 48 years old, and I have watched the 85 team home, away and at semis and finals, both domestic and European. I have watched us escape relegation on the last day twice and last season with a few games to go.
This season I think we need to go down. This club needs a total shakedown so the rats and deadwood will scarper.
Hopefully a real, passionate fan will come and rebuild us from back top to bottom. We could then become an institution again. We could once again be proud of our club and its values and more importantly our footballing philosophy. We will go on blues and we will rise again as our fan base deserves it! No matter what happens just keep the faith and remember that we are the ultimate sleeping giant and one day we will have those highs that I have been blessed to experience once again.

I'm 48 and I've witnessed cup wins and the league (twice) . We should've witnessed a lot more and our kids/ grandkids also. The decisions (out of our hands) that have gone against us in the past have led us to the very path of mediocrity. We should have left a legacy. Decisions made in recent times are laid firmly at the feet of ourselves. I truly believe this season will very the end of us. Sad but its been coming for a long, long time.

Very similar to the niasse penalty shambles. 1 player for 1 club got a suspension and the next week harry kane dives and gets nothing and then the rule is scrapped. But hey there's no conspiracy against Everton.
