Morning fellow blues

After watching some videos of Tyrique George and his latest training session at finch farm this lad looks very exciting. He was predominately playing from the left side so Ndiaye can move back over to the right, he’s quick takes on defenders and just runs at you and his crossing ability is excellent too which should provide a bit more service to the front men.

My question is does he go straight into the starting eleven vs Fulham.?

Me it’s a big YES and play him in Grealish position off the left from the start.

Moyes will probably have him on the bench though

So folks and Ed what would you do with him, Start or Bench to maybe do some damage later when their are a few tired legs.

{Ed025's Note - i would start him Col, as you say a direct replacement for Jack and im sure he has not come here to sit on the bench mate..

Agree0 Disagree0

I totally agree Ed but you just know with Moyes he will probably want a settling in period with him giving him some minutes here and their from the bench, I genuinely hope not, unleash the kid from the start, he was one of Chelsea’s star men in the Conference League campaign and has well enough experience to be thrown straight in.

{Ed025's Note - i hope we see him from the start Col but im not holding my breath, i just hope Chelsea have a clause in the loan guaranteeing game time for him mate..

Totally agree Ed and hope you are right.
See no point in getting young players in just to sit on the bench.
Thought they would have persevered with Dibling a bit more, to give him a fair chance.
Aznou not been given any chance at all.

{Ed025's Note - it will depend on if he is "premiership ready" FG.. :)

Not sure on the integrity of this Ed but I heard that the eventual fee, should we choose to sign him at the end of his loan, would be determined by the amount of apps he makes for us.

I can't see any truth to this though as surely we would manipulate his minutes to get the best deal for us. I can't remember where I read it but I did think it was a weird one at the time.

{Ed025's Note - there are a lot of loan deals with clauses like that BN..

I know there are ones where the loan fee goes up if the player doesn't play as much as the parent club wants them to Ed but I have never seen one where the actual signing fee increases/decreases as a result of apps.

I think I read that less George plays, the more expensive the fee will be. As I say, I would understand this for the loan fee, if he was going back to Chelsea but what do they gain/why do they care, how much he plays if we choose to buy him at the end of the loan anyway?

{Ed025's Note - i think if it was an obligation to buy it would be different BN but an option to buy may be different gravy mate..

Cheers for clearing up Ed. I am quietly looking forward to watching the lad play for us. Seems to offer a directness that we haven't got in the side, should be quite refreshing watching him put defenders to the sword.

{Ed025's Note - im the same BN, i have not seen him play myself mate but by all accounts is very quick and likes to take people on, that works for me..

Him KDH and Ndiaye will do well together.

{Ed025's Note - yeah GB lots of speed and movement, could be very exciting if they all play mate..

He already has some chemistry built up with KDH GB. They played a lot of football in the Conf league together. I think they may have actually assisted one another once or twice which bodes well mate.

Blimey BN you knowledge of footy is brilliant mate keep it coming I love to read it all.

One of them was against a Swedish side called Djurgarden mate. He receives the ball, spins his man and plays a lovely through ball to KDH who has ran beyond him. Hopefully we similar in an Everton shirt GB!

Good to see the age of the starting 11 come down. Barry, George, KDH, Ndiaye, Jimmy, JB, O’Brien all have their careers ahead of them.

A very good Team is being assembled I reckon, exciting times to come mate.

Moyes and his 'premiership ready' phrase is almost as bad as dyches ' hard yards' and 'nuts and bolts' phrases lol.
